On 20 November, 2020, Hellen held its 1st “Energetic Hellen” Dance Exercise Competition.

Dancing as Exercise – Full of Positive Energy
We held our 1st Dance Competition and completed with very strong support from Hellen team.  There were nine teams represented by different department joining this contest.

Dancing Exercise not only strengthening each one’s health and fitness, it promotes communication, mutual trust and respect among members.
